Gunnerside Village Hall

Gunnerside Village Hall (originally called the Literary Institute) was built in the 1860s, and has been formally registered as a charity since 1940.

Parking: is available adjacent to the village hall, but please park with consideration for local residents. Spaces are limited and it's advisable to arrive in good time to allow sufficient time for parking.

Accessibility: a chairlift is available to access the upper floor, and a fully accessible toilet is available in the public toilets across the bridge, around 140 metres from the venue (small fee required).

Refreshments: tea and coffee are usually available for events taking place inside the hall.

Toilets: are situated on the half-landing off the stairs.
