Low Row, Holy Trinity Church

Low Row, Holy Trinity Church

A Victorian chapel in the Early English style, it is simple and elegant nestling into the hillside in one of the most picturesque Dales locations. The church built in 1840 is known as 'Melbecks' from the Norse for beck, though no such village exists.

Address: Holy Trinity Church, Low Row, DL11 6PG.

Parking: can be tricky but should be available on the road-side near the church. Please be careful when parking within the village so as not to inconvenience local people.

Accessibility: due to the long, steep approach to the church this venue may be unsuitable for those with accessibility needs unfortunately. If you would like to discuss access please do call our Festival box office on 01748 880019 and we will do our best to advise you.

Hearing loop: yes.

Refreshments: a selection of lovely refreshments are available inside the church.

Toilets: there is no toilet in the church - the nearest facility is in the Punch Bowl just up the road.
