16th- and 17th-century music with countryside and river themes
Venue: Easby, St Agatha's Church
Delightful songs and instrumentals from the 16th and 17th centuries by Dowland, Morley, Campion and Byrd, exploring themes of countryside, rivers and streams, aptly set in an ancient church near the beautiful River Swale. Performed by three acclaimed artists, soprano Faye Newton, violist Susanna Pell, and lutenist Jacob Heringman.
