A light-hearted introduction to chamber music has been created to help raise funds for musicians whose lives have been undermined by the pandemic.

We are partnering with Dales Countryside Museum and The NASH to make a giant community photo mosaic celebrating youth and schools in the Upper Dales.

Judith Bromley's exhibition 'Sun & Shadow: Silver Linings' is on now at The Garden Rooms at Tennants until 1st November; it's free and open daily. 

We are delighted that top violinist and Swaledale Festival performer Philippa Mo won a Women’s Radio Station ‘Future Classic Women Award 2020’ earlier this month.  

Swaledale Festival’s concert in Leyburn on 24 May will feature a very special piece and a very special violin which are the same age and from the same town!
