A Play in the Dale: The Shout

We are so thrilled to have the world premiere of A Play in the Dale: The Shout at Swaledale Festival this week.

The play, which is taking place at The Georgian Theatre Royal on Wednesday 6 June, is a humorous and poignant story of everyday rescue folk, celebrating the 50th year of the Swaledale Mountain Rescue Team.

Written and directed by Pete Roe, a donation from every ticket will go towards Swaledale Mountain Rescue and the vital work they do.

After its launch night the play is touring the Dales.  Lend your support to this phenomenal organisation, find out more about the workings of mountain rescue and have a great evening’s entertainment... all in one night.
