A Victorian Chapel in the Early English style it is simple and elegant nestling into the hillside in one of the most picturesque dales locations. The church built in 1840 is known as Melbecks from the Norse for beck though no such village exists.
Please note that the path to the church is steep and uneven and is unsuitable for people with disabilities. For more information please call 01748 880018.
Parking can be difficult, so please be careful when parking within the village so as not to inconvenience local people.
